THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (CENTRAL TWICKENHAM) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT No. 21) ORDER 2018 ELLERKER GARDENS, RICHMOND SHERLAND ROAD, TWICKENHAM (Reference 18/066)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 20 September 2018 made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Amendment
Order will be to introduce lengths of yellow line restrictions as set out in the schedule to this notice.
3. The general effect of the Parking Places Orders will be to make certain changes to parking bays as detailed in the schedule to this Notice.
4. Copies of the Orders, which come in to effect on 24 September 2018 plans showing the location and effect of the Orders and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders: -
(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/066, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and
(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov. uk/public_notices
5. Persons wishing to question the validity of these Orders or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Kew Green, Kew
(Reference 18/183)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the installation of equipment to Kew Gardens and maintain access to Ferry Lane for large vehicles, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Kew Green, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the 2 parking places sited on Kew Green on the south-east side immediately to the east of Ferry Lane and the 2 parking places sited on Kew Green on the south-east side immediately to the west of Ferry Lane. These restrictions shall operate at all times throughout the week
3. This Notice will come into effect on 24 September 2018. The suspension will be in force at all times from 24 September 2018 until 9 October 2018. The restrictions will be in force at such times and to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Notice applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by this Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No. 167) Order 2018 BROOM PARK TEDDINGTON

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 20 September 2018 made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Broom Park, Teddington Parking Places Order will be to introduce a new parking scheme in Broom Park, Teddington as part of the Hampton Wick CPZ. The parking scheme will operate between 8.30am and 12.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive. The sole purpose of the Order is to replicate and continue in force indefinitely the provisions of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (Broom Park, Teddington) (Parking Places) Experimental Order 2017.
3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Amendment
Order will be to introduce new waiting restrictions operating "at any time" on lengths of Broom Road, Lower Teddington Road and Broom Park. The sole effect of the Order is to replicate and continue n force indefinitely the provisions of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Civil Enforcement Area) (No. 4) Experimental Order 2017.
5. The general effect of the Supplementary Provisions Amendment Order
is to make adjustments to the order to include the parking scheme of Broom Park which provides for the application for and issue of parking permits. This order sets out the scale of charges for permits, including residents' visitor permits, and the conditions for their use. The prices of permits are set out in the Schedule to this Notice. The sole purpose of the Order is replicate and continue in force indefinitely the provisions of The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (Parking Places) (Supplementary Provisions, Permits) (No. 1) Experimental Order 2017.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on the 17 September 2018 made the above Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of this Order is to facilitate the introduction of Play Streets in various streets in the Borough on Saturday 22 September 2018.
3. The streets which will be closed are listed in the Schedule to this notice; where parking restorations are required, these are highlighted for the relevant street.
