ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (SPECIAL EVENTS) (ST MARGARETS FAIR) ORDER 2018 HILL VIEW ROAD, TWICKENHAM (Reference 18/149)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames hereby gives notice that on 2 July 2018 they made the above named Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order is to facilitate the holding of a summer fair in St Margarets, Twickenham.

3. From 11am until 6pm on Saturday 7 July 2018, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Hill View Road from its junction with Cole Park Road to its junction with Moor Mead Road, Twickenham. Waiting restrictions will also apply in the same length of street from 6pm on Friday 6 July 2018 until Saturday 7 July 2018.

4. The diversion route for traffic via Cole Park Road will be A316 Chertsey Road, St Margarets Road, Broadway Avenue, Winchester Road and Kenley Road. The diversion route for traffic via Moor Mead Road will be Sidney Road, Winchester Road, Bridge Road, St Margarets Road, A316 Chertsey Road, and Cole Park Road.

5. Nothing in this Order will apply to:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a Police Constable, Police Community Support Officer or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

(b) any vehicle being used by a statutory undertaker, whereby it is necessary by reason of an emergency, for that vehicle to have access to part of the street under restriction.

6. The prohibitions or restrictions specified in this notice will apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction Broom Road, Teddington (Ref: 18/143)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecom utility works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Broom Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Broom Road from the south-eastern kerb-line of Trowlock Way south-eastwards for a distance of 50 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 14 July 2018. The restrictions will be in force from 9am on 14 July 2018 until 5pm on 15 July 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction Orchard Road, Richmond (Ref: 18/137)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Orchard Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Orchard Road, on its eastern side, from the southern kerb-line of Garden Road to the southern boundary of Dairy Court.

3. The order will come into effect on 7 July 2018. The restrictions will be in force from 09.00 on 7 July 2018 until 17.30 on 8 July 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer In uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction Waldegrave Road, Teddington (Ref: 18/141)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate construction works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Waldegrave Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Waldegrave Road outside the entire frontage of Butterworth Laboratories Limited (54-56 Waldegrave Road, Teddington).

3. The order will come into effect on 13 July 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive from 13 July 2018 until 12 January 2020.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Waiting Restriction Percy Road, Holly Bush Lane and Tudor Avenue, Hampton (Ref: 18/140)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a bus diversion during utility works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Percy Road, Holly Bush Lane and Tudor Avenue, Hampton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following roads: -

(a) Holly Bush Lane, Hampton;

(b) Percy Road, Hampton; and

(c) Tudor Avenue, Hampton.

These restrictions will be on a rolling basis as required from time to time during the works. The restrictions will not operate in the full lengths of these roads or in all roads concurrently.
3. The order will come into effect on 11 July 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 11 July 2018 until 1 August 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
