ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Ennerdale Road, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Ennerdale Road, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Ennerdale Road between its junctions with Eversfield Road and The Avenue.
3. The order will come into effect on 15 June 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 9.30am and 3.30pm on 15 June 2018 and again at the same times on 22 June 2018 and 29 June 2018 as contingency dates, and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for
a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Ennerdale Road, Eversfield Road, Kew Road and The Avenue.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary One Way Working and Waiting Restriction Blandford Road, Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Blandford Road, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Blandford Road other than in an anti-clockwise direction, that is, entry is permitted from the westernmost junction only;
(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Hampton Road between the westernmost junction of Gloucester Road and the westernmost junction of Blandford Road;
(c) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Blandford Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 4 June 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 4 June 2018 until 3 September 2018 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in High Park Road between its junctions with Pensford Avenue and High Park Avenue.
3. The order will come into effect on 10 June 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 6am and 10pm on 10 June 2018 and again at the same times on 17 June 2018 as a contingency date, and whilst signs/ cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Sandycombe Road, Lower Richmond Road, South Circular Road and Mortlake Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Manor Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Manor Road, Richmond between its junctions with Manor Grove and Marylebone Gardens other than in a northerly direction.
3. The order will come into effect on 30 May 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 30 May 2018 until 1 June 2018 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the restrictions will be available via Lower Richmond Road, Clifford Avenue and Upper Richmond Road West.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works and resurfacing works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary closure of a section of PRW 26, - Thorne Passage, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall enter PRW 26, Thorne Passage from a point outside the rear of No 27 Charles Street to a point outside the rear of No 27F Charles Street.
3. The order will come into effect on 29 May 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 29 May 2018 until 3 June 2018 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Trafalgar Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Trafalgar Road, from a point outside No 2 Trafalgar Road, Twickenham to a point outside No 6 Trafalgar Road, Twickenham (both sides).
3. The order will come into effect on 4 June 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times, from 4 June 2018 until 6 June 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary closure of Trinity Church Passage, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall enter Trinity Church Passage from its junction with Merthyr Terrace to a point 25 metres south-west of that point.
3. The order will come into effect on 4 June 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 4 June 2018 until 6 June 2018 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (SPECIAL EVENTS) (PARK LANE STABLES) ORDER 2018 Park Lane, Teddington
(Reference 18/114)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on the 14 May 2018 made the above Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order is to facilitate the holding of an opening ceremony at the Park Lane Stables. The event will take place on Saturday 19 May 2018 between 8am and 7pm.
3. Whilst the event is taking place, no person shall permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Park Lane between the south-western kerb-line of North Lane, south-westwards to a point outside the southwestern boundary of the Riding School.
4. Whilst the closure is in effect, a diversion for vehicular traffic will be available via North Lane, Broad Street and Queen's Road.
5. Copies of the Order: -
(a) can be inspected until 30 September 2018, quoting Reference 18/114, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and
(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond. gov.uk/public_notices
