1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Victor Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Victor Road from a point outside the common boundary of Nos 65 and 67 Victor Road to a point outside the common boundary of Nos 75 and 77 Victor Road (both sides of the road).

3. The order will come into effect on 15 May 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 9am and 3pm on 15 May 2018 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
   (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
   (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
   (c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction Broom Road, Teddington (Ref: 18/093)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate cabling works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Broom Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Broom Road between its junctions with Holmesdale Road and Trematon Place.

3. The order will come into effect on 10 May 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 May 2018 until 17 May 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
   (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
   (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
   (c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Parking Suspension Cambrian Road and Marlborough Road, Richmond (Ref: 18/094)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Cambrian Road and Marlborough Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in parking spaces in following lengths of road: -
   (a) Cambrian Road, from its junction with Queens Road to its south­eastern extremity;
   (b) Marlborough Road, on its north-eastern side, from a point 4 metres north-west of the south-eastern boundary of No 27 Queens Road, south-eastwards for a distance of 16 metres.

The works in Cambrian Road will be carried out on a rolling basis and not all parking spaces will be suspended concurrently. The bays in Marlborough Road will be suspended for the duration of the works to facilitate the siting of a welfare unit.

3. The order will come into effect on 8 May 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 8 May 2018 until 12 June 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
   (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
   (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
   (c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Cromwell Place, Mortlake (Reference 18/095)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility reinstatement works to be undertaken, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Cromwell Place, Mortlake.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Cromwell Place, Mortlake.

3. The order will come into effect on 21 May 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 5pm on 21 May 2018 only and whilst signs/ cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
   (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
   (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
   (c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
