NOTICE of APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Perch & Co. Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council for a new Premises Licence at Perch & Co. 136, Watford Road. Croxley Green. Herts. WD3 3BZ. If granted it will allow the following activities: Live Music between 19:00 and 23:00 on two days of the week. The sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 17:00 and on any two evenings a week up until 23:00. These activities are extended from 12:00 - 00:00 on Christmas Eve, NewYear's Eve and Bank Holidays.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
