Erection of 1 x 2 bed single storey house and 1 x 3 bed single storey house with basement with associated hard and soft landscaping, refuse and cycle stores. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3BZ Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
