ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE NURSERY ROW FOOTPATHEN5

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBYGIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate an electrical service connection to the development to the rear of 10A St Albans Road, they intend to make an Order which will close Nursery Row Footpath EN5, between No.1 Nursery Row and St Albans Road, while the works take place. The Order will commence at 8.00am on Monday 8thJanuary 2018 anditisexpected to last for 5days.

The alternative route for pedestrians will be via A1000 High Street, Barnet and St Albans Road and vice versa.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of aPolice Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
