1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, having consulted the London Borough of Hounslow, on 21 September 2017 made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders is toi­ls) Introduce waiting restrictions in lengths of Worple Road, Isleworth to operate on Twickenham Stadium Event Days, (b) include in the provisions of the Twickenham Event Days Controlled Parking Zone lengths of Worple Road, Isleworth.

3. Copies of the Orders, which come into force on 25 September 2017 a plan showing the location and effect of the Orders, and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders can be inspected:

(a) at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and
(b) on the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames website at www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices;
(c) at the Forms and Documents Counter, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN between 9am and 4.15pm Mondays to Fridays except for Bank and other public holidays; or
(d) on the London Borough of Hounslow's website at: www.hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term "traffic notices" in the search bar.

4. For anyone visiting the address at Twickenham, please quote Richmond's reference, which is No. 17/069.

5. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Church Lane, Twickenham between its junctions with Riverside and Flood Lane.

3. The order will come into effect on 31 October 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 31 October 2017 until 3 November 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Access to Riverside will be available via Water Lane.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Bushy Park Road, Teddington (Reference 17/163)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a telecom mast installation, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Bushy Park Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Bushy Road, from its junction with Kingston Road to a point outside the south-western boundary of No 1 The Pavement, Bushy Park Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 21 October 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 21 October 2017 until 28 October 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via St Marks Road, Fairfax Road and Kingston Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure and Footpath Closure Ducks Walk, Twickenham and Park House Gardens, Twickenham (Reference 17/160)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate electrical cabling works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Ducks Walk and Park House Gardens, Twickenham..

2. Whilst the works take place,

(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to, proceed in Park House Gardens from its junction with Ducks Walk to a point outside the common boundary of Nos 54/56 Park House Gardens, local access will be maintained when possible;
(b) no person shall proceed in Ducks Walk between its junction with Park House Gardens and a point outside No 8A Ducks Walk, Twickenham.

3. The order will come into effect on 2 October 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 2 October 2017 until 6 October 2017 whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Cambridge Park, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Cambridge Park, between the northOwestern kerb-line of Vivienne Close and the south-eastern kerb-line of Cambridge Park (south-west to north-west arm).

3. The order will come into effect on 9 October 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 9 October 2017 until 13 October 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Cambridge Park, east to west arm and south-west to north-west arm.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, having consulted the London Borough of Hounslow, on 21 September 2017 made the above Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order is to amend a length of parking place in Priory Road, Hounslow to facilitate a footway crossover. The crossover is to be installed outside No 39 Priory Road, Hounslow and the parking place length will be reduced by approximately 4.8 metres.
