Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Barclub Trading Limited has applied to London Borough of Merton for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Po Na Na, 82 The Broadway, London, SW19 1RH. The variation is limited to the proposed alterations to the approved layout in line with drawing numbered 01D; change of name of the venue to Smash and deletion of existing condition 10 under annex 3.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Unit, London Borough of Merton, 14th Floor, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX no later than 23rd August 2017 stating the grounds for the objection.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
