NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chiltern District Council Intends to make the Chiltern District Council Off-Street Parking Places Amendment (No.2) Order 2017 the general nature and effect of which Is as follows:

1 The proposed Chlltem District Council Off-Street Parking Places Amendment (No.2) Order 2017 ("the Amendment Order") Is Intended to be supplemental to and amend the Chiltem District Council Ofl-Street Parking Places Order 2013 as amended ("the Order").



2 Save as amended by the Amendment Order the Order will remain in full force and effect.



3 Sycamore Road car park; introduce a 9hr tariff band and remove the Market Trader tariff.



4 Introduce charges as follows:

To obtain a Business Season Ticket, evidence of local employment is required. 7 To reserve the right to designate short stay parking bays in long stay car parks. The up to one hour charge on the following car parks is not currently collected: Blizzards Yard / Buryfield / Church Lane / High Street / Snells Wood It is intended that the new amendments shall come into effect on 1 April 2017.

A copy of the proposed Amendment Order, the Statement of Reasons and the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the Council Offices, King George V Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP6 5AW.

Any person wishing to make objections or representations in respect of the proposed order must do so in writing by no later than 05 February 2017 and must specify the grounds on which they are made. Such objections or representations should be sent to the Head of Environment at the address given above and should quote reference OSPP02013/AN2.
