Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Thunderbird Fried Chicken Limited has applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Merton) for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Thunderbird Fried Chicken, 18 The Broadway, Wimbledon,London,SW19 IRE.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol on the premises from 11:00 hours to 23:00 hours Monday to Thursday, from 11:00 hours to 23:30 Friday and Saturday, and from 12:00 hours to 22:30 hours Sunday; Late night refreshment from 11:00 hours to 23:30 hours Friday and Saturday; Opening hours: from 11:00 hours to 23:30 hours Monday to Thursday, from 11:00 hours to midnight Friday and Saturday, and from 12:00 hours to 23:00 hours Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, 2nd Floor, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX no later than 3rd January 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Regulatory Services Partnership (Merton) and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
