The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpaths Nos. 23 and 24, Denham) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpaths Nos. 23 and 24, Denham) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in the entire length of Public Footpath No. 24, Denham and, in that length of Public Footpath No. 23, Denham, from Public Footpath No. 24, Denham to Newtown Road, a distance of approximately 203m. The closure is required whilst essential gas works take place commencing on 6 December 2021 for 3 weeks. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be via Newtown Road, Oxford Road and vice versa. The Order came into operation on 6 December 2021, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Crown Lane, Farnham Royal in the Parish of Burnham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Crown Lane for approximately 91m. Alternative route: Crown Lane, Thompkins Lane, East Burnham Lane, Stoney Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole testing works take place commencing on 13 December 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 December 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 10 December 2021

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Skirmett Road, Hambleden in the Parish of Hambleden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Skirmett Road for approximately 200m. Alternative route: Skirmett Road, Fingest Lane, Frieth Road, Chalkpit Lane, Oxford Road, West Street, Henley Road, Harleyford and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole testing works take place commencing on 10 December 2021 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 December 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 10 December 2021

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 9, Stoke Poges) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 9, Stoke Poges, for the length of the footbridge only at

SU9843-8260. The closure is required in the interests of public safety whilst works to the damaged footbridge take place commencing on 10 December 2021 for 6 months. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be via the existing highway network. The Order will come into operation on 10 December 2021, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Love Lane, Iver in the Parish of Iver CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Love Lane for approximately 50m. Alternative route: Langley Park Road, Wood Lane, Uxbridge Road, Pinewood Road, Church Road, Slough Road, Swallow Street, Love Green Lane, Love Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new connection. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works, take place commencing on 20 December 2021. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 December 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 10 December 2021

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Lent Rise Road, Burnham in the Parish of Burnham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Lent Rise Road for approximately 55m. Alternative route: Lent Rise Road, Stomp Road, Huntercombe Lane North, Bath Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Network Rail bridge examination take place commencing on 22 December 2021 between 21:00 and 05:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 December 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 10 December 2021

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Taplow Road, Burnham in the Parish of Burnham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Taplow Road for approximately 55m. Alternative route: Taplow Road, Hag Hill Lane, Hitcham Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Network Rail bridge examination take place commencing on 21 December 2021 between 21:00 and 05:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21 December 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 10 December 2021
