TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH CROXLEY GREEN 11

NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath Croxley Green 11, between Frankland Road and Harvey Road, for an approximate distance of 350 metres.
Alternative Route: via Frankland Road and Harvey Road.
The purpose of the Order is to enable resurfacing works to take place. The section of Footpath Croxley Green 11 will be closed on or after 1 st November 2021 for up to 2 weeks, when signs are in place.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpaths Watford Rural 13 & Bushey 25, from Oxhey Lane to Merry Hill Road, for an approximate distance of 2200 metres.
Alternative route: via Oxhey Lane, Watford Rural 031, Bushey 065 and Merry Hill Road.
The purpose of the Order is to enable resurfacing and kissing gate replacement works to take place.
The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 29th October for up to 1 week when signs are in place.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of vale Road, Bushey from Its junction with B462 Aldenham Road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 54m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative mute will be via B462 Aldenham Road, Hillside Road, Grange Road, The Avenue, Finch Lane, Falconer Road, A411 London Road and Vale Road or via B462 Aldenham Road, A411 (Chalk Hill/London Road) and Vale Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Nightingale Place, Rickmansworth from its junction with Nightingale Road south eastwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 8 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF RICKMANSWORTH PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.012) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using Rickmansworth Public Footpath No.012 from its junction with Fotherley Road south westwards to its junction with Long Lane, a distance of approximately 128m ("the Public Footpath"). An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the south west side of Fotherley Road, the footpath situated on the south side of No.1a Fothedey Road, the footway situated on the north east side of Eastwick Crescent, the footway situated on the north east side of Kenwood Drive and the footway situated on the east side of Long Lane. The Order is needed because footpath reconstruction works are proposed to be executed on or near the Public Footpath. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 8 November 2021 for a period of up to 6 months. IN THE A41 NORTHBOUND SUP ROAD LEADING ONTO THE A4008 STEPHENSON WAY/M1 (JUNCTION 5) ROUNDABOUT, BUSHEY) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the A41 northbound slip road leading onto the A4008 Stephenson Way/M1 (junction 5) roundabout, Bushey from its junction with the northbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue north westwards to its junction with the A4008 Stephenson Way/M1 (junction 5) roundabout, a distance of approximately 551 m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A41 (North Western Avenue/Elton Way/Tylers Way), A411 (Elstree Road/Sparrows Heme/High Street/London Road/Chalk Hill), A4008 (Aldenham Road/Pinner Road), A411 (Lower High Street/Dalton Way/Waterfields Way) and A4008 Stephenson Way.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Loudwater Lane, Loudwater from a point in line with the access road leading to 'Cockaygne' south eastwards and north eastwards for a distance of approximately 100m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Loudwater Lane, A404 Chorleywood Road, A412 (Park Road/Scots Hill), The Green and Loudwater Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD DURING THE 'CASSIOBURY PARK FIREWORKS DISPLAY') ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicles from waiting, loading and unloading at any time on both sides of the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), whilst signs are in place:-
1. that length of Cassiobury Park Avenue, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards to its junction with Gade Avenue, a distance of approximately 1014m.
2. that length of Coningesby Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Way north westwards for its entire length.
3. that length of Gade Avenue, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards and north eastwards for its entire length.
4. that length of Langley Way, Watford from its junction with the Cassiobury Drive roundabout south westwards to its junction with Parkside Drive, a distance of approximately 379m.
5. that length of Oak View, Watford from its junction with Gade Avenue westwards, north eastwards and south westwards for its entire length.
6. that length of Metropolitan Station Approach, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 256m.
7. that length of Parkside Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Way south eastwards to its junction with The Gardens, a distance of approximately 500m.
8. that length of Shepherds Road, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards for its entire length.
9. that length of Swiss Avenue, Watford from its junction with Gade Avenue north eastwards to its junction with Cassiobury Park Avenue, a distance of approximately 318m.
10. that length of Swiss Close, Watford from its junction with Swiss Avenue north westwards and clockwise for its entire length.
The Order is needed to ensure public safety and prevent traffic congestion for the duration of the 'Cassiobury Park Fireworks Display'. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE CYCLEWAY SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF A412 WATFORD ROAD, CROXLEY GREEN) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedal cycles from using the cycleway situated on the south side of A412 Watford Road, Croxley Green from a point in line with the western boundary of No.330 Watford Road north eastwards to a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.334 Watford Road, a distance of approximately 30m ("the Cycleway").
Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Cycleway.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Cycleway.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Watford Heath, Watford from a point in line with the western boundary of No.21 Watford Heath south eastwards for a distance of approximately 75m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Watford Heath, A4008 Pinner Road and Watford Heath.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all subway users from using the subway situated beneath A412 Rectory Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Victoria Close south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Station Approach, a distance of approximately 100m ("the Subway"). There is no alternative route available for subway users when the works are being carried out.
The Order is needed because street lighting works are proposed to be executed on or near the Subway.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Subway. An alternative route will be via Harefield Road, A404 (London Road/ Rickmansworth Road), A4180 Ducks Hill Road, Breakspear Road, Breakspear Road South, Breakspear Road North, Rickmansworth Road and Harefield Road.

The Order will come into effect on Monday 8 November 2021.
