HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL:
(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF TERRACE GARDENS, WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Terrace Gardens, Watford from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.18 Terrace Gardens north westwards for a distance of approximately 30m ("the Road").
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because gas service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 18 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF CHURCH STREET, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Church Street, Rickmansworth from its junction with Talbot Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 25m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Church Street, A404 Riverside Road, A412 (Rectory Road/ Park Road), High Street and Church Street or via Church Street, Northway, Station Road, Homestead Road, A412 Rectory Road, A404 Riverside Road and Church Street.
The Order is needed because gas service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 18 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SARRATT ROAD, SARRATT) ORDER N0.5 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sarratt Road, Sarratt from its junction with Dimmocks Lane south westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 540m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Dimmocks Lane, The Green, Poles Hill, Dunny Lane, The Street, The Common, Bucks Hill, Toms Hill, Chandlers Lane, Redhall Lane and Sarratt Road or via Dimmocks Lane, The Green, Poles Hill, Dunny Lane, Tower Hill, Flaunden Lane, Birch Lane, Flaunden Hill, Flaunden Bottom, The Village, Latimer Bottom, Stony Lane,A404 (Amersham Road/Chenies Road/Rickmansworth Road), Solesbridge Lane and Sarratt Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 19 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF QUICKMOOR LANE, SARRATT) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Quickmoor Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Penmans Green north eastwards for a distance of approximately 35 m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Commonwood, Bottom Lane, Bucks Hill and Quickmoor Lane.
The Order is needed because utility repair works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 18 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE ROAD FRONTING NOS.10-26 PARK CRESCENT, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the road fronting Nos.10-26 Park Crescent, Borehamwood from its southernmost junction with Park Crescent north eastwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 62m ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 18 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SUBWAY SITUATED BENEATH THE A5135 ELSTREE WAY, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all subway users from using the subway situated beneath the A5135 Elstree Way, Borehamwood from a point 14m east of its junction with Bullhead Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 30m ("the Subway"). An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of A5135 Elstree Way and the footway situated on the south side of A5135 Elstree Way. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Subway.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 18 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Subway.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON QUICKLEY LANE, CHORLEYWOOD AND THE FOOTWAY SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF QUICKLEY LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all traffic from using that length of Quickley Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Lower Road south westwards to its junction with Hillside Road, a distance of approximately 244m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Lower Road, Berks Hill and Hillside Road. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of Road whilst works are in progress.
2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the footway situated on the north side of Quickley Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Lower Road south westwards to its junction with Hillside Road, a distance of approximately 244m ("the Footway"). An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the west side of Lower Road, the footway situated on the south side of Berks Hill and the footway situated on the north side of Hillside Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road and Footway.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road and Footway.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SOLESBRIDGE LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER N0.3 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Solesbridge Lane, Chorieywood from a point 439m south west of its junction with Sarratt Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 377m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Solesbridge Lane, Sarratt Road, The Green, A412 (Scots Hill/Park Road), A404 (Chorleywood Road/Rickmansworth Road) and Solesbridge Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Quickley Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Hillside Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 41 Om ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Quickley Lane, Lower Road, Shire Lane, Heronsgate Road and Quickley Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Brook Close, Borehamwood from its junction with Brook Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 40m ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being canned out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4 October 2021for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
