I give notice that Frontier Estates (West) Limited is applying to the Kingston Borough Council for planning permission for Outline application for demolition of 1-5 King Edward Drive (residential properties) and erection of a three-storey, 76 bedroom residential care facility (Use Class C2), with associated access, ground works, car parking, servicing, private amenity space, landscaping and boundary treatment (all matters reserved except for access)

The site is a Major Development.
