(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HIGH ROAD, LEAVESDEN) ORDER 2021

NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of High Road, Leavesden from Its junction with Privet Drive north eastwards to Its junction with Foxlands Close, a distance of approximately 162m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via High Road, Ashfields, Aerodrome Way, Hill Farm Avenue and High Road.

The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6 September 2021 for a period

of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at

the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BUSHEY HALL LANE, BUSHEY/WATER LANE, WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bushey Hall Lane, Bushey/Water Lane, Watford from its junction with Greattiam Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 355m ("the length of Roads"). An alternative route will be via Bushey Hall Road, B462 Aldenham Road, A4008 (Aldenham Road/Pinner Road), A4125 Eastbury Road, A4178 (Deacons Hill/ Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road/Feamley Street/The Homets/Merton Road/Cassio Road), A411 Beechen Grove and Water Lane or via Water Lane, A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road), A4178 (Cassio RoadVMerton Road/Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 Eastbury Road, A411 Chalk Hill, B462 Aldenham Road & Bushey Hall Road. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 9 September 2021 for a period of

up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the

times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN SARRATT ROAD, SARRATT) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sarratt Road, Sarratt from its junction with The Green north westwards to its junction with Redhall Lane, a distance of approximately 1530m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via The Green, Baldwins Lane, A412 (Watford Road/ Scots Hill/Park Road), A404 (Chorteywood Road/Rickmansworth Road), Solesbridge Lane and Sarratt Road.

ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6 September 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF RICKMANSWORTH PUBLIC FOOTPATH N0.035) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using Rickmansworth Public Footpath No.035 from its junction with High Street north eastwards for a distance of approximately 182m ("the Public Footpath").

An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east side of High Street, the footway situated on the south side of A412 Scots Hill and Rickmansworth Public Footpath No.035.

The Order is needed because footpath maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Public Footpath.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6 September 2021 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Public Footpath. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF DAWES LANE, SARRATT) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Dawes Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Downer Drive south westwards for a distance of approximately 50m ("the Road"), except for access.

An alternative route will be via Dawes Lane, The Green, Moor Lane and Dawes Lane.

The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6 September 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF VARIOUS ROADS IN RICKMANSWORTH AND CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-

1. that length of Berry Lane, Rickmansworth from its junction with Dog Kennel Lane south westwards, westwards and north westwards to its junction with Common Gate Road, a distance of approximately 492m.



An alternative route will be via Dog Kennel Lane, A404 Rickmansworth Road, Common Road, Station Approach, Chorleywood Bottom and Common Gate Road.

2. that length of Common Gate Road, Chorleywood from its junction with Berry Lane northwards and north westwards to its junction with Clements Road, a distance of approximately 279m.



An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Dog Kennel Lane, A404 Rickmansworth Road, Common Road, Station Approach, Chorleywood Bottom and Common Gate Road.

3. that length of Berry Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Kings Farm Road north eastwards to its junction with Common Gate Road, a distance of approximately 557m.



An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Stag Lane, Rendlesham Way, Furze View, Hubbards Road and Common Gate Road. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 23 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LONG LANE, HERONSGATE) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Long Lane, Heronsgate from its junction with Stag Lane south eastwards to its junction with the A412 Denham Way/M25 junction 17) roundabout, a distance of approximately 1365m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Heronsgate Road, Shire Lane, Chalfont Lane, Blackens Wood Drive, Whitelands Avenue, Shire Lane, Green Street, A404 (Amersham Road/Chenies Road/Rickmansworth Road/Chorieywood Road) and A412 (Rectory RoadAJxbridge Road/Denham Way). The Order is needed because railway track and tree cutting works are proposed to be executed near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GREEN STREET, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of road ("the lengths of Road"), except for

1. that length of Green Street, Chorleywood from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.58 Green Street south eastwards for its entire length.



An alternative route will be via Green Street.

2. that length of Green Street, Chorieywood from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.46 and No.48 Green Street north westwards for a distance of approximately 14m.



An alternative route will be via Green Street.

The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed

on or near the lengths of Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 23 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. [TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN WHITELANDS AVENUE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Whitelands Avenue, Chorleywood from its junction with Blacketts Wood Drive north westwards to its junction with Brushwood Drive, a distance of approximately 129 metres ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Blacketts Wood Drive, Carpenters Wood Drive and Whitelands Avenue.

ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 23 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (DENHAM WAY, CHALFONT ROAD AND OAKHILL CLOSE, MAPLE CROSS) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020 THE HERTFORDSHIRE (DENHAM WAY NORTH SERVICE ROAD, MAPLE CROSS) (PROHIBITION OF ENTRY) ORDER 2020 THE HERTFORDSHIRE (DENHAM WAY NORTH SERVICE ROAD, MAPLE CROSS) (PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURNS) ORDER 2020

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions, a prohibition of entry and prohibition of right turns as specified in the Schedules to this Notice. The Orders will come into effect on Tuesday 24 August 2021. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are held on deposit and may be viewed from 20 August 2021 to 1 October 2021 during normal office hours at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford. The documents may also be viewed online from 20 August 2021 at

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained in them, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE 1: No waiting at any time - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of Denham Way (north and south service roads), Chalfont Road and Oakhill Close. SCHEDULE 2: Prohibition of Entry - effecting that section of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - No Entry from A412 Denham Way, into Denham Way North Service Road northern end SCHEDULE 3: Prohibition of Right Turns - effecting that section of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - No right turn from Denham Way North Service Road at its northern end, into A412 Denham Way.
