ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Mullins Path, Mortlake
(Ref: 21/107)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate essential highway remedial works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Mullins Path, Mortlake.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Mullins Path from a point outside No. 5 Mullins Path to a point outside No. 18 Mullins Path where relevant signs and/or cones are placed.

3. Whilst Mullins Path is closed, an alternative route for traffic will be available via Victoria Way and North Worple Way.

4. The order will come into effect on 20 July 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress for a period of 3 days, i.e. until 22 July 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Suspension Station Road, Hampton Wick

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a parking suspension in Station Road, Hampton Wick.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following bays: -

(a) Station Road, Hampton Wick, the eastern arm, the south side, from a point 8 metres west of the western flank wall of No. 14 Station Road, to a point 12 metres east of its junction with Seymour Road;

(b) Station Road, Hampton Wick, the eastern arm, the south side, from a point 36 metres west of its junction with Teddington Road, eastwards for a distance of 6 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 15 July 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress for a period of approximately 7 weeks, i.e. until 31 August 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Hanworth Road and Simpson Road, Whitton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate Utility Works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce Temporary waiting restrictions in Hanworth Road and

Simpson Road , Whitton.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of road: -

(a) Hanworth Road, the south side, from a point outside No. 586a Hanworth Road to a point outside No. 612 Hanworth Road;

(b) Simpson Road, the from its junction with Hanworth Road to the end of the cul de sac,

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames proposes to make the above Order under sections 6, 45, 46,

49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Prescribed Routes Order will be to amend the exiting one-way working orders which operates in Bridge Road, Twickenham, Broadway Avenue, Twickenham, Cresswell Road, Twickenham, Denton Road, Twickenham, Kenley Road, Twickenham, Kingsway, Mortlake, Morley Road, Twickenham, Park Road, Hampton Wick, Shalstone Road, Mortlake, Sidney Road, Twickenham to allow cyclists to proceed in both directions.

3. The general effects the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order will be to introduce lengths of double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in lengths of Bridge Road, Twickenham, Broadway Avenue, Cresswell Road, Twickenham, Kenley Road, Morley Road, Twickenham, Twickenham, Shalstone Road, Mortlake, and Sidney Road, Twickenham

4. The general effects of the St Margarets Parking Places Order will be to remove short lengths of parking in Bridge Road, Twickenham, Broadway Avenue, Twickenham, Kenley Road and Sidney Road, Twickenham

5. The general effects of the East Twickenham Parking Places Order will be to remove short lengths of parking in Cresswell Road and Morley Road, Twickenham.

6. The general effects of the Kingsway Parking Places Order will be to remove short lengths of parking in Cresswell Road and Morley Road, Twickenham.

7. Copies of the proposed Orders, a plan showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders: -
