A claim has been Issued In the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Claim No PT-2021-000297, by JESSICA NELL GEORGINA MAGDALEN POCOCK for an order that JESSICA NELL GEORGINA MAGDALEN POCOCK be appointed guardian In respect of JOHN HENRY ROCKINGHAM CANTLIE ("the missing person'), whose last usual place of residence was 12 Wymond Street, Putney, London, SW15 1DY. The date and venue for the first hearing of the Claim is 21 April 2021 at the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division), The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL. The hearing may take place remotely and further details can be obtained from the Court listing office, contactable by email at chancery.
