Appropriation of open space land to the rear of 204-210 Cambridge Road, Kingston KT1 3LU

NOTICE IS GIVEN under section 122 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames of Guildhall, High Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU intends to appropriate open space land to the rear of 204-210 Cambridge Road, Kingston KT1 3LU for planning purposes with the intention of building new affordable homes for rent. A plan showing the area of land in question may be requested by e-mail from
