Temporary Closure Railway Side, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works to a new property, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary closure of a length of Railway Side Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall proceed in Railway Side between the railway bridge and Beverley Path.

3. The order will come into effect on 14 December 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 14 December 2020 until 18 December 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for anyone affected by the closure will be available via Beverley Path, Archway Street and Cross Street

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any person requiring access in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any person requiring access for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Waiting Restricitons School Road, Hampton Hill

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the safe access and exit for patients attending a SARS-CpV-2 (coronavirus) vaccination centre, and to protect the public, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in School Road, Hampton Hill.

2. Whilst the Order remains in force, between 8am and 8pm on all days of the week, any vehicle being used by patients attending the Greenwood Community Centre for a vaccination will be permitted to wait on the length of double yellow line ("no waiting at any time") which operates on

School Road, on its south-eastern side from a point outside the rear of No. 31 Windmill Road, southwards for a distance 18 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 13 December 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 13 December 2020 until 31 March 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months.

4. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
