The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 18, Longwick-cum-Ilmer) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 18, Longwick-cum-Ilmer, from the former Shoulder of Mutton pub for a distance of approximately 60 metres to the existing sty on the east boundary. The closure is required whilst improvement works to the public right of way take place commencing on 4 December 2020 for 6 months. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be via Public Bridleway No. 19, Longwick-cum-Ilmer. The Order will come into operation on 4 December 2020, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Haw Lane, Saunderton in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Haw Lane from railway bridge for approximately 108 metres. Alternative route: Wycombe Road, Bradenham Road, West Wycombe Road, High Street, Chorley Road, Loxborough Hill, Chinnor Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst drainage improvement works near the railway bridge take place commencing on 14 December 2020 between 08:00 and 17:00.
