I give notice that Hathaway Opportunity Fund General Partners is applying to the Kingston Borough Council for planning permission for:
Outline planning application for the demolition of Lever House and the erection of a Residential (C3) (Private and Affordable) building not exceeding 22 storeys comprising of a maximum of 156 units, along with a ground floor cafe/retail pod (Use Class - E (c)) with all matters reserved except for access, layout and scale.
This application is Phase 2 of a 2 stage development - Phase 1 is covered by application reference 20/02495/FUL.
