Proposed Development at: Claygate House, Littleworth Road, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9PN Take notice that application Is being made by Luminous Property Group for planning permission for:
"Development comprising 62 flats in two new buildings with associated parking and landscaping following demolition of existing buildings (alternative development scheme to that granted planning permission under application ret 2019/2134)."
