Notice is hereby given that Elroy Ankle has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at Spar Village Shop, 69 Balham High Street, London, SW12 9AP For the sale of alcohol by retail during the tours of Sunday- Thursday: 07:00-00:00, Friday-Saturday: 07:00-02:00. . It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
