Proposals to redevelop the Former Jewson Builders' Merchants at 64-68 Brighton Road, Surbiton, KT6 5PP

Rocco Homes Limited would like to invite local people to a consultation event to review proposals to redevelop the Former Jewson Builders' Merchants at 64-68 Brighton Road, Surbiton, KT6 5PP with a mix of replacement commercial floorspace and 16 new residential units. The proposed commercial space will be suitable for small local businesses and the new homes will be a range of sizes and types, including nine family size terraced properties on the rear part of the site.
