THE THREE RIVERS (STATION ROAD, KINGS LANGLEY) (PARKING PLACES AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (REVOCATION) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Three Rivers District Council, acting as agents for the Hertfordshire County Council and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Order is to revoke the provision of parking facilities for visitors to Kings Langley as of the 20 December 2019. This Order has the effect that the provisions of the following Orders would not take effect, insofar as they relate to Station Road, Kings Langley:
THE THREE RIVERS (STATION ROAD AND HOME PARK MILL LINK ROAD, ABBOTS LANGLEY AND WINTON DRIVE, CROXLEY GREEN) (PARKING PLACES) AND (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2019 THREE RIVERS DISTRICT COUNCIL (ROMAN GARDENS AND STATION ROAD, ABBOTS LANGLEY) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND PERMIT PARKING) ORDER 2010 (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2019
The relevant provisions of these Orders that will not come into effect include permit parking places for visitors in Station Road, Kings Langley:
a) On the south-west side opposite Shannon House
b) On the north-east side, for 70 metres from a point 18 metres north of the northern wall of No. 7 The Retreat
c) existing resident permit parking places outside Nos. 52 to 58.

Any person wishing to question the validity of this order or any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to that order, may apply to the High Court for this purpose within six weeks of the date on which the order was made (5th December 2019).
THE THREE RIVERS (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) VARIOUS ROADS IN THREE RIVERS DISTRICT ORDER 2019 THE THREE RIVERS (ROMAN GARDENS AND STATION ROAD, ABBOTS LANGLEY) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND PERMIT PARKING) ORDER 2010 (AMENDMENT NO.2) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Three Rivers District Council, acting as agents for the Hertfordshire County Council and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police has made the above named Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
These Orders are planned to make parking easier, safer and more convenient in the local area and will come into effect on the 20 December 2019. The effects of The Three Rivers (Restriction of Waiting) Various Roads in Three Rivers District Order 2019 are to introduce double yellow line “no waiting at any time” restrictions in parts of:
• Arundel Road and Balmoral Road, Leavesden;
• Bucknalls Lane, Garston
• Dove Park, Heronsgate Road and Quickley Lane, Chorleywood;
• Abbots Road, Gallows Hill, Gallows Hill Lane and The Crescent, Abbots Langley;
• Silk Mill Road, Oxhey, and
• Water Lane, Kings Langley;
The effect of The Three Rivers (Roman Gardens and Station Road, Abbots Langley) (Waiting Restrictions and Permit Parking) Order 2010 (Amendment No.2) Order 2019, the name of which has been varied, is to remove a short length of single yellow line (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) from outside a property in Roman Gardens, to enable permit parking here.
