PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ADDINGTON ROAD WEST WICKHAM NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Addington Road West Wickham will be closed to through traffic for up to two days from Saturday 31st August 2019. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions of Glebe Way A232 and Courtfield Rise.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Corkscrew Hill Wickham Court Road Glebe Way A232
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Saturday 31st August 2019 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to two days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.

6. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the work.

7. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for BT to carry out essential telecoms maintenance repairs THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:- ILayhams Road Keston will be closed to through traffic for up to one night between the hours of 20.00 on Monday 2nd September 2019 until 05.00 on Tuesday

3rd September. The point of the closure will be in between the
junctions of Sheepbarn Lane and Nash Lane.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-
Addington Road A2022, Croydon Road A232
Westerham Road A233, Leaves Green Road A233
Main Road A233, Salt Box Hill, Jewels Hill, Sheepbarn Lane
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be Indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 2nd September 2019 with no specified finish date.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for BT to complete essential ducting works THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Newstead Avenue Orpington will be closed to through traffic for up to one week from Monday 2nd September 2019. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Crofton Road A232.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Crofton Road
Farnborough Common A21 Tubbenden Lane Ruskin Drive
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 2nd September 2019 with no specified finish date.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for UK Power Networks to install a new electricity supply THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Jubilee Road Chelsfield will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Tuesday 3rd September 2019. The point of the closure will be In between the junctions of Hawstead Lane and Hollybush Lane. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Hawstead Lane Maypole Road
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be Indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Tuesday 3rd September 2019 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED -SECTION 14 (1) (c) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER VARIOUS ROADS WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
1. THE Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order to allow Southern Gas Networks (SGN) to complete essential gas main replacement work to be discharged in the streets listed in the Schedule below THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

(1) WAITING VEHICLES

No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to wait in any street specified in the Schedule to this Order, or any other street or part of a street adjacent thereto as may become necessary.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986, or by the Council in accordance with the powers conferred upon it.
(2) PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in any street specified in the Schedule to this Order, or any other street adjacent thereto.
(3) ONE-WAY WORKING

No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in any street specified in the Schedule to this Order, or any other street adjacent thereto, in a direction other than that indicated by traffic signs.
NB: During the prohibitions at (2) and (3) above, displaced traffic will be diverted via local streets as appropriate.
NB: The above prohibition at (3) will not apply to cul-de-sacs.
