QUEENS ROAD, SHERLAND ROAD AND STATION YARD, TWICKENHAM

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45 46, 49 and 124 of,



and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Amendment



Order will be to upgrade lengths of single yellow lines in lengths of Station Yard and at the junction of Sherland Road and Station Yard to double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time").

3. The general effect of the Parking Places Orders will be to extend the exiting permit bay in Queens Road near the junction of Station Yard ad to re-align the Car Club Bay at the same location.



4. The general effect of the Loading Places Order will be to introduce a loading bay outside the Albany Public House in Station Yard. The bay will operate between 8.30am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive, with a maximum stay of 20 minutes.



5. Copies of the proposed Orders, a plan showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders: -



(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/108, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and



(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at

http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices





6. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 21 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. Representations may also be sent by email to

a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Little Green, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Little Green between its junctions with Duke Street/Portland Terrace and Little Green (north­west to south-east arm)



3. The order will come into effect on 6 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 6pm on 6 July 2019 with a backup date of 20 July 2019 at the same times, if required, and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. A signed diversion for traffic affected by the closure will be available in adjacent streets.



5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.



6. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;



(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or



(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.



7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

CESSATION OF THE VOUCHER PARKING SYSTEM FOR ES -EAST SHEEN; F - EAST TWICKENHAM; G - THE ALBERTS; J- TOWNSHEND; N - NORTH EAST RICHMOND; AND S - ST MARGARETS SOUTH CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames proposes to make the above Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.



2. The general effect of the Order will be to provide for the cessation of the Voucher Parking System which operates in the ES -East Sheen, F - East Twickenham, G - The Alberts, J- Townshend, N - North East Richmond and S - St Margarets South Controlled Parking Zones and replace it with by RingGo cashless parking

Temporary Road Closure St Mary's Grove, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas connection they have made



a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in t Mary's Grove, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in St Mary's Grove between a point outside No. 24 St Mary's Grove and a point outside No. 32 St Mary's Grove



3. The order will come into effect on 8 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 8 July 2019 until 11 July 2019 and whilst signs/ cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Townshend Terrace, Grena Road and Grena Gardens and vice versa.



5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.



6. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;



(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or



(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Belgrave Road, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Belgrave Road from a point outside No 9 Belgrave Road to a point outside No 11 Belgrave Road



3. The order will come into effect on 9 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 6pm on 9 July 2019 only and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water service pipe repair, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Fourth Cross Road, Twickenham.



2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand In Fourth Cross Road between Its junctions with Trafalgar Road and its junction with Bedford Road.,



3. The order will come into effect on 1 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 1 July 2019 until 3 July 2019 and whilst signs/ cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Trafalgar Road.



5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.



6. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;



(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce temporary waiting restrictions in Richmond Park Road, Shrewsbury Avenue, Muirdown Avenue and Sheen Lane, East Sheen.



2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following streets, at such times and to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs and cones:-



? Richmond Park Road, East Sheen;



? Shrewsbury Avenue, East Sheen;



? Muirdown Avenue, East Sheen; and



? Sheen Lane, East Sheen.



3. The Order will come into effect on 1 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 1 July 2019 until 6 October 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
