This is a story from the other side of your previously covered story about new speeding fines. Thousands of drivers have been fined unfairly because of unclear signage and the story is more about the unjust and inconsistent manner in which the magistrates have handled such cases.
Should the Magistrates be given more powers? They seem to have the power to add points to driving licences through DVLA without informing the driver first. I have had first hand experience of this.
