On Saturday 31st of May the rowing squad for Richmound London Youth Games travelled to the London Docklands to compete at the London Youth Games Regatta.
Richmond were well prepared with there team manager Natasha Gallagher insuring they were ready to compete in all the races from singles to doubles and quads.
With a long day of competing team Richmond finished with two third places for boys double and girls singles aswell as a second place for the girls quad and finally two first places for the boys quad and the mixed quad.
This was enough for Team Richmound to beat arch rivals Wandsworth and take the gold for whole team. There Team Manager Natasha was very happy with this result especially after narrowly missing out on the first place last year to Wandsworth.
