For those of you who do not already know, today is National No Smoking Day.
Within my own practice, I often use hypnotherapy to help people to stop smoking. In many cases, it is possible to stop in as little as one session. And in times of recession, just think how much money that could save!
According to the magazine New Scientist, hypnotherapy has the highest success rate of any method.
We have all had that feeling where we want to stop doing something but somehow just cannot help ourselves and this is when our conscious and unconscious selves are not in sync.
Using hypnotherapy,we can make sure this inner conflict does not happen and that is why it can feel so easy to give up smoking after hypnotherapy.
