What's the cruciate ligament? There are two of them actually, the cruciate ligaments are in your knee, ligaments run from bone to bone and generally are arranged to hold things together.
So if I'm going off to the slopes, what's the best thing to do?
Say you're wearing a new pair of shoes and you can feel them rubbing a bit, when you get home and take them off, you find you've got a blister.
Ligament runs from bone to bone and tendons run from muscle to bone.
It's better to think about a slow sustained gentle stretch, and to hold each stretch for 15 - 20 seconds.
