A brand-new band which consists of teenagers between the ages of 16 and 18 has been playing all over Croydon and captivating audiences of all ages in the past few weeks. Ivory Puppet consists of singers Sam Sanassee and Jasmine Ardley, drummer Sam Barnes and guitarist Ashley Gardner with their bass player Connor Dolce recently parting ways with the group due to "creative differences". The young group has played at a number of venues in the local are including Hoodoo's, The Edge and Boxpark which has helped each location rake in more customers. Apart from arranged gigs and performances, the band mostly hang around their favourite pub The Edge which has extended its life span for 8 more weeks due to the band's popularity. Jazmine Ardley (who attends the karaoke nights on Saturdays) has been consistently complimented on her vocal ability with people asking 'whether she was a professional'. The band still maintain a flurry of good performances in the Croydon area and will be organising more once a long-term replacement for the bass position.
