Fresh Meat star Joe Thomas has revealed he thinks Josie is the right kind of girl for his character Kingsley in the student comedy.
The Inbetweeners star plays drama student Kingsley in the Channel 4 sitcom, who has an on-off romance with his housemate, dental student Josie.
Joe admitted he didn't know if Josie and Kingsley were destined for happiness, but he didn't think party animal Vod (Zawe Ashton) was his type.
Joe said: "I don't think Kingsley can handle Vod. I think he needs someone... Josie's more his speed."
He added: "It could kind of go all possible ways. They're both quite temperamental. Josie's quite mad and Kinglsey hasn't quite settled yet so I think it's quite hard to say. But I would be surprised if there wasn't a certain amount more romance between them."
Joe and his Inbetweeners co-star Simon Bird also revealed that the pilot comedy they had written for Channel 4 has been commissioned for a full series.
Simon said: "It's called Chickens about three men in World War I."
