THE DESIGN PROCESS
Briefing, research, analysis, full site survey and measure.
Collaborate with licensed practitioners on technical, mechanical, and load- bearing areas of the design
Provide formal 2D floor plans and drawings for structural alterations.
Produce space planning, lighting/emergency lighting and electrical layout drawings to meet with regulations.
Supply illustration and working drawings for bespoke furniture design.
Supply and fit FF&E (furniture, Fixtures and Equipment)
Prepare and administer specifications, tenders and contract documents for tradesmen.
Coordinate and manage all non-load bearing construction as clients agent.
Provide costings and estimates within budget.
2D/3D CAD visualisation, rough sketches, concepts and samples.

Colour schemes, Artwork, detailing and accessorising.
