Weekend to forget for Westside

Westside LTC's AEGON National League men's and ladies teams will be aiming to bounce back from their first defeats of the season in a home double-header on Sunday (May 15).

After starting their campaigns with two impressive victories apiece, both sides failed to make it third time lucky last weekend as they suffered heavy away defeats in their respective South East South Division matches.

Despite taking three of the six matches to three sets, Westside men were beaten 12-0 by a powerful Paddington side while the ladies lost by the same score in their top-of-the-table clash at neighbours Wilton.

On Sunday the men are at home to Esporta Brighton while the ladies entertain Cumberland.
