Westside LTC seventh team - the "Super Sevens" - rounded off an all-conquering winter season by winning the 2010-11 Surrey LTA Men's Grade B Knockout title.
They maintained their 100 per cent record with a 4-0 victory over David Lloyd Epsom in the final.
The Jason Foster and Mike Meyer partnership and the pairing of Mohamed Mansour and Tom Holland made it eight wins from eight matches during the season.
The Westside team romped to the Surrey Division J West title, winning all their five matches, and chalked up three more victories in the cup They won 29 of their 32 rubbers in the two competitions.
The success of the seventh team against much higher teams from other clubs demonstrates the depth of playing strength at the Wimbledon-based Westside club.
