Harlequins face a tricky trip to Toulon in April as they bid to defend the Amlin Cup crown they won in Cardiff last year.
Director of rugby Conor O'Shea's men were dumped out of the Heineken Cup on Friday thanks to a shock 9-8 defeat at Connacht.
They go into European rugby's second tier competition at the quarter final stage having finished as Pool Six runners up behind group winners Toulouse.
