Winning a trophy would be ideal, but Harlequins academy youngster Joe Marchant just wants the team to put on a show at the Singha Premiership Sevens in Coventry next Friday.
The 19-year-old centre is in the squad to take on Northampton Saints, Saracens and Wasps at the Ricoh Arena as they bid to reach finals night at the Stoop on August 28.
“We haven’t done so well in previous seasons, but everyone loves silverware and winning a trophy would be ideal,”he said.
“We just want to get out there to show what we are all about – our intensity and our excitement to play – and put the Quins style of play out there.”
