London Welsh have confirmed that Ben Thomas, Alec Jenkins and Mike Powell will join the club next season.
Thomas, 20, makes the permanent switch from Saracens after a loan spell at Old Deer Park last season, during which the second-row forward made 12 appearances, scoring two tries.
As well as gaining representative honours with England U16s, Thomas played for England U19s at last year's IRB World Championships and, most recently, helped the U20s to Six Nations Grand Slam glory.
Fellow second row Powell has joined from Ospreys, for whom he made his debut in September 2006 against Borders Reivers.
Having previously played his rugby with Bridgend and Celtic Warriors, the 29-year-old made 22 appearances for the Ospreys, including the club's historic 24-16 win over Australia in 2006.
Wales Sevens wing Jenkins, 20, came through the Llanelli Scarlets Academy, and has been with Llanelli, having also played for Pontyberem and Carmarthen Quins.

Jenkins has also won honours with Wales U18s, and was part of the side who claimed the Grand Slam in the U19 Six Nations in 2006.
He went on to gain further honours for Wales at U20 level, competing in last year's U21 Six Nations.
London Welsh chief executive Peter Thomas said: "We are delighted to secure the services of three very talented players, two of whom are among the best up and coming young players in the game.
"Ben, who was on loan to us for part of last season, has shown he has all the right attributes to become a success, and is an extremely athletic lineout forward.
"Alec is an exciting young player, who has featured regularly in the Wales Sevens squad and will add pace and power to what is already an exciting backline.
"Mike will bring a wealth of experience to the side, and is a rugged and hard-working player."
