European Superstock 600cc Champion Gino Rea and BSB Champ Leon Camier have been making the most out of the good weather in Spain.
The newly-crowned European Suerpstock 600 champion travelled out on January 9 along with British Superbikes champion Leon Camier to avoid the winter weather in the UK.
In Murcia, southern Spain, Rea cycled for four hours a day and took part in some motocross training before heading further north to Llorel de Mar - and the worst weather he has encountered has been a couple of rainy days.
Rea said: “Last year we went out to Llorel de Mar in February for pre-season training and it made the world of difference.
“The freezing temperatures at home make it hard to train properly, so we decided to come out here.
“I cycled more than 220km in the first two days after we arrived and have been clocking up the miles since.”
