Croydon FC recorded their first victory since before Christmas on Saturday when they beat Sevenoaks Town 1-0 at Arena.
Bronek Dabrowa converted Chris Hollidge's cross a minute after half-time and the Trams defence held firm for the rest of the second half to record their second consecutive clean sheet.
Croydon have now got four points from their last two games, ending a miserable run of 13 league defeats in a row, a sequence manager Dickson Gill admits to thinking would never end.

He said: "That's how it looked but you never know what will happen in football. We were unlucky in a few of the games and I am still giving a few of the young lads a game.
"We are nearly there now and I don't think we have done bad.
"We have had a big turn around of the whole side, and we have not had the consistency so maybe we are starting to get some now and can push on next year."
Last year the Trams finished third in their first season in the Kent League Premier Division but could still finish second from bottom this year, although it looks like no one will be relegated as the grounds of the teams in lower divisions are not deemed good enough.
Gill blamed the loss of several key players last summer for the reason behind his side's slump down the league.
He said: "We lost all our players. We lost one of our best wingers in Ray Freedman when he went to Maidstone and then Lee Kirby went to the States.
"When you're building a team and results are not going your way nobody wants to play for you so what can you do?"
Croydon's final league game is at home to Slade Green on April 26.
