Beavers celebrate great season

Hampton & Richmond players, officials and supporters will get together at Kingston's Hotel Antoinette this Friday to celebrate the most successful season in the club's history.
They finished third in Blue Square Conference South, being pipped 2-0 by Eastbourne Borough in the play-off final, and won the Middlesex Senior Cup.
Meanwhile, West Ham boss Alan Curbishley has promised to send a first-team squad for a pre-season friendly at the Beveree on Thursday, July 17 (7.30pm). Hampton will then face a Chelsea XI on Saturday, July 19 (3pm).
