ranmere Rovers signed striker Lateef Elford-Alliyu on loan from West Bromwich Albion in November 2010. Elford-Alliyu, 18, joined Rovers on a month long emergency loan and will team up with fellow West Brom loanee Sam Mantom at Prenton Park. The former England under-17 international joined West Brom as a 15-year old and has spent time on loan at Hereford United and Icelandic side Keflavik.
