Manager Andy Scott believes Nathan Ellder and Alan Connell are forming a useful strike partnership - but that it can still get better.
The pair caused Bradford City plenty of problems in Saturday's 2-2 draw, but it was Glenn Poole and Alan Bennett who got the goals.
"Bradford have got two very experienced defenders who coped quite well with Nathan and Alan.
"But there were times when I thought we put them under a lot of pressure and maybe could have scored the winner but it wasn't to be.
"Nathan and Alan are starting to link better and it is their individual play we need to work on.
"Alan sometimes flits in and out of games and we need to get him involved for longer periods. "Nathan needs to work on the runs he makes.
"He got very tired towards the end and tired players make mistakes.
"But I can't fault his work rate - that can never be levelled at them."
