Surrey returned to winning ways with a 132-104 win over Bedfordshire at Bedlow Park last week.
Bedfordshire had pulled off a shock win at Putney Town past year, but this victory made it five wins for Surrey in the last six meetings between the counties.
Top rink went to Dave Jones (Cheam Fields), Bill Edser (Woking Park), Jerry Ingham (Ember) and Jim Scott (Epsom).
Surrey have won 11, drawn one and lost just four of their county friendlies this season.
They have remaining home games with Somerset and Nottinghamshire, and an away match with Middlesex.
