Corinthian-Casuals bagged a place in the next round of the Emirates FA Cup with two late goals at Hythe Town on Tuesday night to win the replay 3-1.

The replay followed a 1-1 draw on Saturday where Mu Maan grabbed an 88th minute equaliser to take the tie to a replay on the Kent coast.

Hythe took the lead through Ryan Palmer but was pegged back just before half time when new signing Gabriel Odunaike struck for Corinth.

And Casuals left it late to scoop the £1,925 prize money and a trip to Ashford Town in the next round of the Cup.

Hythe keeper Will Godmon was sent off for a foul which led to Josh Uzun converting an 85th minute penalty. Ben Cheklit secured the win in injury time to seal a 3-1 victory.

Casuals face Ashford Town in the First Qualifying Round on Saturday 2nd September.

This week, they’re back to league action with East Grinstead Town away on Saturday before hosting Carshalton Athletic on Bank Holiday Monday.
