Brentford midfielder Alex Pritchard reckoned a good dose of team spirit got the Bees back to winning ways on Saturday.
The 21-year-old was one of his side's star performers as Stuart Dallas' second half volley secured three points against Championship strugglers Rotherham United.
Tottenham Hotspur loanee Pritchard went close with a first half free kick, hit a post in the second half and was a lively presence all afternoon.
The Bees survived a couple of scares in the first half before dominating after the break to end a run of three straight defeats.
"We knew it was going to be tough. We said they would start quick and they did," said Pritchard.
"We had to deal with the wind and the pitch. We rode a bit of luck, but other than that we came out on top and got the three points.
"We stuck together played some good football in the second half. Stuey got the goal and we are back to winning ways."
