Twickenham’s Simon Low heads to rounds 12 and 13 of the NGRRC Minitwin Championshipthis weekend on the brink of the title.

Low finished fourth and second in Anglesey earlier this month to head the riders’ standings by 36 points ahead of second-placed Paul Wardell.

He goes to Pembrey on September 13 knowing similar race finishes ahead of his closest rival should be enough to claim the silverware with a round to spare.

“Considering I had never been to Anglesey before and was on tyres that were 3 meetings old, I am really happy,” he said.

“I’m looking to take the championship at Pembrey.”
