Richmond have moved to solve the problem of playing too much rugby by signing an apt new sponsorship deal with The New Victoria Hospital.
Director of rugby Steve Hill's men played 30 first team games in National Division One last term and were dogged by injury in the first half of the campaign.
Richmond recovered to finish in the top half of the table with a tremendous run of form after Christmas that saw them pull well clear of the drop zone.
Richmond FC commercial director Jimmy Wallace sealed a two-year partnership with the Kingston-based private hospital this week.
"After the season we've just had, with all the various knocks and niggles picked up by our players, it seems very appropriate to welcome the New Victoria Hospital to the family," he joked.
"They've already experienced the fine rugby here at Richmond and sampled the post-match conviviality and we really look forward to working together for the mutual benefit of both parties."
